Fabian Loo, given a Chinese name 吕杨, was born in the year of 1990 in Malaysia. He pursued his academic interest in Bachelor of Psychology.

After graduation, he started acting in local theatre and eventually, he plays in major local TV shows and movies. And as he follow through his acting career, he also started to take on role as film director and writer. He made his directorial debut in 2017 of a short comedy sketch he had written himself.
